Our Quantum Energy Work sessions utilise techniques that interact with the human energy field. Installment Payment Policy:

• Non-Refundable Payments: All payments, including installments, are non-refundable once paid. This policy helps ensure we can honor all commitments for the retreat experience. By choosing an installment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full.

• Payment Schedule Adherence: Timely payments are essential to maintaining your reservation. For the 3-payment plan, each installment is due on its specified date, and for the 6-month payment plan, each monthly installment must be paid on time.

• Late Payments and Reservation Cancellation: If any installment is missed or delayed, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and reassign your spot to another participant. In such cases, payments made up to that point remain non-refundable. If you anticipate a delay, please contact us immediately to discuss options for keeping your reservation active.

• Completion of Payments: All payments must be completed by the final due date according to your selected plan. Failure to complete the full payment as agreed will result in the cancellation of your reservation, and all payments made will be non-refundable.

• Changes to Payment Plans: Once chosen, your payment plan cannot be changed without prior approval. However, if you’d like to make an additional payment beyond your monthly installment or cover the remaining balance early, please inform us, and we’ll adjust your plan accordingly. Please ensure your selected plan aligns with your financial circumstances.

• Cancellation Policy: Your initial deposit is non-refundable. Any cancellation on your end will result in a total loss of the deposit.
   

-We are constantly aware of the climate in Peru and are paying close attention to updates as they become available. Rest assured, if Natalia Grace needs to cancel the retreat, your registration fees will be refunded in full.In the highly unlikely event that the retreat is canceled by Natalia Grace, your registration fees will be refunded in full.
-We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it does not meet the trip minimum (if we do so, your deposit will be refunded in full).

-Registration fees are listed in USD. You are responsible for any additional fees your financial institution may charge, such as foreign currency exchange fees. Contact us if you require assistance with your payment.

-Please note that this refund policy pertains to the registration fees you have paid to Natalia Grace for the event as described, and does not apply to your airfare and any miscellaneous costs.
 

Insurance & Other Travel Arrangements & Terms:
Natalia Grace does not provide any health insurance or travel insurance.
Travel arrangements and documentation, including visas, passports, flights and transportation, travel insurance, health insurance, COVID-19 testing, and policies regarding travel to and from Peru, and incidental expenses, are the responsibility of applicants/participants.

When purchasing airline tickets, we recommend you opt to include the optional insurance coverage for your tickets offered by most airlines.

Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. While we do not endorse any particular provider, here are three insurance options for your consideration: WorldTrips, SafetyWing, or World Nomads.
