Is ASEA salt and water? Can I make redox at home?
Common question, but no! Every bottle of ASEA contains millions of redox molecules.
In the body your redox signaling molecules are sourced from saline, which seems pretty basic to replicate, but redox molecules are sourced from salt water.
Your body is essentially a sack of saline and uses the building blocks of Na & Cl (from salt) and H & O (from water) to make different combinations of these 4 building blocks. The ones with a net negative charge are reductants. Net positive are oxidants.
